Last year was a pivotal year for us. We expanded our customer base and strengthened our existing client relationships. Our products evolved significantly, with key updates that enhance performance and user experience, including major improvements to our cloud printing capability—ensuring it supports the largest enterprises—and certifying our cloud product and company is ISO27001 compliant. Our leadership transitions also marked a significant milestone, setting the stage for our accelerated innovation and customer-centric approach.
Leading the Shift Toward a Digital Workplace
Since introducing the Pharos Cloud platform, we’ve led the transformation in print management by focusing on cloud technology and customer experience, while incorporating essential cybersecurity features. In 2023, we continued to reshape the industry, inspired by our desire to meaningfully improve employee productivity and the overall employee experience—whether in the office or at home. Our solutions are tailored to integrate seamlessly with a variety of digital work environments, making Pharos a versatile partner in the digital transformation journey. This year, we’ll intensify our efforts, focusing on innovations that will further integrate our solutions into the evolving digital workplace.

Looking forward, we’re focused on rolling out key product enhancements and innovations. We’re prioritizing ease of use and robust integrations in Pharos Cloud. Our aim is to dramatically simplify the user experience for IT administrators, end users, and throughout the deployment process, echoing our broader mission to improve employee experience at the workplace. And we’re looking forward to extending our cloud capabilities to address key needs of higher education.
