Pharos Uniprint® allows you to charge for network printing in order to recover costs and reduce unnecessary printing. Adding Off-The-Glass® allows you to extend cost recovery and waste reduction to copying.

You can provide students with a free printing/copying quota and debit their accounts only after they use it up — or you can charge them for every page from the start.

Before printing a job, Uniprint displays the student’s account balance and the cost of each print request. Jobs are printed only if there are sufficient funds available to pay for them. Copy jobs are stopped in real time as soon as funds run out.
