Don Dixon is a research director and the printing research community chair in Gartner's Technology and Service Provider Research organization, based in Monroe, North Carolina. Since joining Gartner in 1999, Mr. Dixon has focused on providing insight into the market dynamics that drive the imaging and printing spaces. Mr. Dixon's research provides insights into user buying decisions, printing solutions and smart MFP evolution, vendor marketing and channel strategies, best practices for print management, forecast and trends analysis, and many other factors influencing the imaging and printing markets.
About Michael Turner
Joining HP IPG in 1995, Michael has worked in various other areas of Hewlett-Packard, including business strategy, current and future product marketing, and customer support operations. He holds both a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University. Michael lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife, Julie and two children, Matthew (10) and Andrew (7) and enjoys spending time boating and skiing with the family, volunteer work with local students and charities, and has officiated college basketball.
About Kevin Pickhardt
Kevin Pickhardt joined Pharos Systems as CEO in April 2001. Based in Rochester, New York with offices in Auckland, New Zealand, Pharos Systems is the recognized industry leader in providing enterprise print asset management and cost-recovery solutions to both corporate office and higher education environments serving customers in 23 countries. Kevin has an MBA from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and a BA in Computer Science from Brown University.
