• Conduct interviews with with power users and management (to tell us why and how well it is happening)

Following this, we develop strategies for each of the three print environments as well as an integrated enterprise strategy. Dedicated Pharos On-Site Print Specialists, equipped with proven software tools and Lean Six Sigma-based process methodology, lead the implementation activities and provide continuous tracking and program management. We believe that these onsite specialists are critical. It’s common for print strategies to lose focus and falter once everything “settles down”. Ongoing oversight and process improvement by dedicated resources are essential to sustaining the benefits of optimization.
