Uniprint 8.0 Hot Fix 7

Pre-install

This Hot Fix is compatible with the 8.0 release of Uniprint.

Installation

This Hot Fix applies to Pharos Reports. To apply the Hot Fix:

 

  • Copy the following files into the Pharos\Reports\Standard directory of each PC on which Pharos reports is installed, overwriting the existing files:
    • PrintingSiteSummary.rpt
    • UserTransactions.rpt
    • Transactions.rpt
    • GroupTransactions.rpt
    • CostCenterTransactions.rpt

The application of this Hot Fix constitutes acceptance of the conditions specified in your license agreement. To view the license agreement, please refer to the file 'license.rtf' on your Pharos CD.

Details

This Hot Fix addresses the following issues:

  • The Transactions, User Transactions, Group Transactions and Cost Center Transactions Reports incorrectly included deleted print transaction records. The application of this Hot Fix ensures that these reports only include jobs that have actually been printed.

  • For the Site Printing Summary Report:

    • The Total print transactions section of the report did not correctly filter for the specified date range. The application of this Hot Fix ensures that all filtered transactions within the specified date range are correctly displayed.

    • The Total Cost column was too small to display large amounts. The application of this Hot Fix ensures that potential large amounts can be displayed.

    • Certain columns didn’t have a thousand’s separator. The application of this Hot Fix displays separators on every thousand figures.
