The IDKeyFlp Card Reader Logon DLL is used for the keyboard-based dialog which allows users to enter their ID and password and which can be used to read a PHAROS Floppy ID disk. The DLL upon creation looks for available floppy drives. If the operating system thinks there is a drive but it is not connected it may take up to 30 seconds for the operating system to timeout and determine there is no floppy drive. Laptop PCs with removable floppy drives may have this problem. Reconfigure the BIOS and disable the floppy disk drive.
